Questions
What if my school isn't a listed partner?
Any verified .edu email qualifies for the student discount regardless — no partner list required.
What email domains count?
This currently checks for .edu-style domains. If your institution doesn't use one, you can still partner with Lenstrum directly: Get in touch →
How does verification work — is it automatic at signup?
Sign up with your school email like any other account — there's no separate application. Once you're signed in, Lenstrum automatically checks your email domain and shows the discounted price on the Pricing page if you qualify.
Do I keep the discount after I graduate?
Yes — there's currently no annual re-verification requirement, so your account keeps the discounted rate at renewal.
What's the difference between the student discount and a partnership?
The student discount is self-serve and automatic — it's the same Lenstrum Pro plan, just priced for individual students with a qualifying email. A partnership is for organizations, can cover multiple people, and starts with a conversation rather than an automatic signup.
What does a partnership include?
A partnership can include co-branding options for classroom or newsroom deployment, curriculum and research integration support, and custom onboarding for your team — scoped to what makes sense for your organization.
Does partnering mean our name/logo appears anywhere?
Only if you want it to. Co-branding is one option we can discuss — it's not required, and plenty of partnerships stay entirely behind the scenes.
Is there a minimum size or commitment to partner?
No fixed minimum — partnerships are scoped to what makes sense for your team or organization, from a single classroom to a full newsroom. Reach out and we'll figure out the right shape together.
